Established in 1995, Calgro M3 is a mixed-use/integrated residential development company operating through its subsidiaries.  Its uniquely successful business model offers:

Town planning (including township establishment process)

As a black-empowered residential project developer, Calgro M3 has a 15-year track record in the niche market of integrated housing developments (project consisting of a combination of RDP/BNG, fully subsidised homes, GAP, social and rental homes and freestanding full title affordable or bonded housing) as well as mid-to-high income sectional title and full title cluster developments. The company's end-to-end solutions and separate specialist business units with dedicated management, focus on high growth niche markets, ensuring a deep pool of expertise in each of Calgro M3's service areas.

Calgro M3 consists of four main business segments:

RDP/BNG fully subsidised housing
Social, GAP and rental housing
Affordable housing
Mid-to-high income housing
The market for the company's housing products comprises two specific market segments:

Integrated housing (consisting of RDP/BNG, integrated housing; social, GAP and rental housing, affordable housing); and
Full title and sectional title (consisting of the above and mid-to-high income developments).

The full range of developments completed by Calgro M3 to date includes infrastructure such as water reticulation, sewer reticulation and road construction, hostels redevelopment, development and construction of newly built family units and relocation of existing hostel residents, and cluster developments. Projects are carried out alone or in strategic partnerships with municipal councils and financial institutions.
