Tanganani Ext 14 (Diepsloot East) is an integrated development in the north of Johannesburg, situated on William Nicol Drive Extension opposite the existing Diepsloot Township and informal settlement.

The R4.42 billion is a joint venture with Esor Limited.

The City of Johannesburg is utilizing the project as a catalyst to drive infrastructure development within the area to unlock future residential developments along William Nicol Extension towards the N14.
